The Goshen Joint Recreation & Parks Commission (GJRPC) manages Village and Town parks and runs recreation programs for residents of all ages.  The Commemorative Giving Program has been established in response to the desire of residents and local businesses to contribute to the beautification of our parks.  Individuals and business members of the community can now donate to Goshen PARKS by funding trees, park furniture, playground equipment or park projects.  Donations to Goshen Recreation to fund sports programs, cultural programs or special events.  Donors may also work with Staff to create new programs or projects, or events for the community.  The GJRPC is pleased to offer members of the community an opportunity to recognize, honor and remember their loved ones, friends and employees by funding a memorial to them in one of our many parks.  We are also proud to display plaques in our parks recognizing donations by local businesses that support the parks serving their community. Guidelines have been developed in order to provide consistent policies and practices in keeping with the GJRPC’s plan and its resource capabilities.  The GJRPC will provide a receipt for your contribution which may be tax deductible.  Please consult your tax advisor
